First Year Mathematics

The undergraduate department FYM Seminars meets at least once a month for a 50-minute seminar presentation, preceeded by refreshments. The speakers range from students and faculty to visitors from other institutions or industry. The department seeks a variety of speakers on a wide range of topics. This year, the seminar committee consists of Paul Vaz (Chair) (paul.vaz@asu.edu), Scott Surgent (surgent@imap2.asu.edu), Doug Williams (williams@math.la.asu.edu), and Stefania Tracogna (tracogna@math.asu.edu).
