Abstract: A survey of MAT 170 and MAT 119 students was conducted in the Fall of 2002 during the middle of the semester. Anonymously, students were questioned about their experience in the test center with regard to convenience, comfort, and preference. Students were also asked about cheating, including cheat sheets, improper calculator use, and student-student discussion outside of the test location, but during the testing period. An analysis of the results and discussion on how we can make the best use of the test center and improve the integrity of our testing practices will ensue.
